To prevent minors from signing up and to identify politically exposed persons or those on sanction lists, Unlockt has implemented a strict identity verification process in partnership with Veriff. This verification occurs during registration and at the time of fund withdrawal requests. Here’s how it works:

• Identity Verification: When creating an account and during fund withdrawals, users must complete a double verification process to ensure they meet our security criteria.

• Sanctions List Screening (AML + PEP): We conduct a rigorous screening to identify politically exposed users or those on sanction lists. If a user fails this verification, they are immediately banned.

• Follow-up Measures for Verification Failure: If a verification fails, the user may be asked to provide additional documentation. If these documents do not meet our standards, the account is permanently deleted.

Underage users or those on sanction lists are automatically banned and cannot create accounts on Unlockt. This ensures a safe environment for all our creators and users.

To maintain the quality of content exchanged on Unlockt, we have partnered with Hivemoderation, a platform specializing in detecting and filtering illegal content. Our moderation system is designed to identify severe violations, including:

• Malware and virus propagation

• Incitement to hate and violence

• Counterfeit and piracy

• Discrimination, among other infractions.

Whenever a file is uploaded to Unlockt, Hive automatically analyzes it for potential violations. If an infraction is detected, a moderation process is immediately triggered.

While the initial moderation phase is automated, our moderation team manually reviews flagged content to ensure compliance with the highest standards of safety and integrity on the platform. Users can also manually report content, which prompts a review by our dedicated team.

When content violating our terms is detected, Unlockt takes immediate action, which can include permanent account bans and, if necessary, reporting to authorities. We enforce these sanctions without warning in cases of severe violations to best protect our community. For each report, a file is created to ensure thorough follow-up and analysis.
